Impact Neidert signed a minor-league deal with Chicago in November after being outrighted off the Marlins' 40-man roster, and he's now fully recovered from the knee procedure he underwent in September. Impact Neidert appeared in five games for Miami in 2022 and spent most of the year at Triple-A Jacksonville, where he had a 1.96 ERA over 46 innings. He underwent surgery on his right knee in September, and it's unclear when he's expected to be fully recovered from the procedure.
