18-year-old high school senior Aubrey Bridges was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, and suffers from an extremely rare disorder called a Vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation which impacts her ability to communicate. Bridges dreamed of going to her senior prom with Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith, and the Dream on 3 organization helped make it a reality by reaching out to Steve Smith.

After hearing Aubrey's story, Smith asked her to be his prom date. The Ravens released a spectacular video chronicling Aubrey's perfect prom weekend, which ended with her being crowned the North Gaston High School prom queen.
