Arians: Iupati medically cleared after suffering double stinger

Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said guard Mike Iupati has been medically cleared two days after he was involved in a scary collision during Sunday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Arians, appearing on SiriusXM NFL Radio, said Iupati suffered a "really bad double stinger" when he lowered his head and receiving a jarring hit from the shoulder of Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor.

"When you see a guy on a stretcher you think the worst things, but when he winked at me I said 'phew' " Arians said.

It is unclear if Iupati will be back at practice Wednesday. Arians on Monday said he would leave it up to a player to decide when coming off such an injury.

Arians said he is still waiting to hear of the severity of wide receiver Michael Floyd's hamstring injury. Floyd had seven catches for 113 yards - both season highs - and a pair of scoring passes to extend his touchdown streak to four games.
