Former San Diego pitcher Willie Blair rejoined the Padres on Tuesday as bullpen coach, and the team added Brett McCabe as strength and conditioning coach.

The 46-year-old Blair spent the last two seasons as the pitching coach for the organization's Fort Wayne affiliate in the Midwest League. The right-hander was 60-86 in 418 games in parts of 12 seasons with Toronto, Cleveland, Houston, Colorado, San Diego, Detroit, Arizona and the New York Mets.

The 33-year-old McCabe spent the previous seven seasons with Arizona, most recently serving as the Diamondbacks' minor league strength and conditioning coordinator.
