Wade Miley, John Farrell exchange words in dugout, brush it off after game

After Wade Miley was taken out of the game in the fourth inning, he and manager John Farrell exchanged some words in the dugout:

Per usual in situations like this, both sides brushed off the altercation after the game.

Miley's next start will likely fall in the Boston Red Sox's home series against the Atlanta Braves.
