SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) Yasmany Tomas had three hits after sitting out for nearly two weeks with a sore left knee and Paul Goldschmidt hit his first home run this spring, leading the Arizona Diamondbacks over the Los Angeles Dodgers 11-8 Friday.
Tomas, starting his second season in Arizona, had two singles and a double. The Cuban is expected to receive a lot of time in left field this season.
Goldschmidt, hitting a solid .300 entering the game, connected for a two-run shot in the fifth inning after striking out in two of his first three at-bats.
