Bubba Starling is off to a hot start in the minors -- so hot, that it's already earned him a promotion.
The Royals outfield prospect has been promoted from Class-A Wilmington to Double-A Northwest Arkansas, according to MLB.com.
Starling, the fifth overall pick of the 2011 Draft, was hitting .386 with a 1.084 OPS. He had two home runs and 12 RBIs in only 12 games with the Blue Rocks.

At 22, Starling will still be one of the youngest members of the Naturals roster.
