Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano left Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox because of dizziness in the bottom of the third inning.

Cano, who started the inning at second, walked off the field with manager Lloyd McClendon and was replaced by Brad Miller.

The Mariners said he would be evaluated by a doctor.
