Red Sox recall Bradley Jr., Wright, option Craig, Ross

TORONTO (AP) After losing seven of their past eight games, the Boston Red Sox are shaking up their roster, recalling outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. and right-hander Steven Wright from Triple-A Pawtucket.
Bradley Jr. was batting .343 with one homer and nine RBIs at Pawtucket, while Wright was 2-1 with a 3.24 ERA in four starts.
The Red Sox optioned outfielder Allen Craig and right-hander Robbie Ross to Triple-A on Sunday. Craig was batting .135 with one homer and two RBIs in 24 games, while Ross had no record and a 6.17 ERA in 13 relief appearances.
Manager John Farrell had hinted at roster changes after Boston lost 7-1 to Toronto on Saturday. The Red Sox have dropped 14 of 20 since a 7-3 start.
Utility player Brock Holt returned to the team Sunday after missing the previous two games for a family funeral.
