DENVER (AP) Padres third baseman Yangervis Solarte left after straining his right hamstring running to first base in a game against the Rockies on Saturday night.
Solarte singled to start the fourth inning and got the leg injury running down the line. He was clearly in pain rounding first base and grimaced while limping back to the bag.
A team trainer came out and helped Solarte walk off the field. He was replaced by Adam Rosales.
