M's activate C Sucre from DL, option him to minors

The Seattle Mariners have activated catcher Jesus Sucre from the 15-day disabled list and optioned him to Triple-A Tacoma.

Sucre, a rookie who played in eight games early in the season, had been on rehab in the Arizona League.

Sucre had been on the DL since June 6 with a left wrist contusion.

He made his major league debut this season with the Mariners, hitting .192 with three RBIs.
