Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson is having an All-Star season and could be named a starter because of it.
Just last week, Donaldson trailed Kansas City Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas by more than 1.2 million votes, but has closed the gap to 33,000.
The former Oakland Athletics star leads all AL third baseman with 3.9 WAR (from FanGraphs). Manny Machado is next with 3.1.
