When the opposing manager is praising you, you know you've done something right.

Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton leads the league with 12 stolen bases entering Sunday and Cubs manager Joe Maddon has taken notice.

“When he gets out there, he's definitely a game changer,” Maddon told MLB.com. “He's a good baseball player who can really fly.”

Maddon got a first-hand look at Hamilton's speed when Hamilton stole a trio of bases in Friday's game against the Cubs.

“I promise [Hamilton] has done that to other people,” Maddon said. “My biggest concern there is to not permit a big inning, and that's part of the bigger inning.”

Friday was Hamilton's third multi-steal game of 2015. It was also the second time he's swiped three bags in a game this season.
