Giants scratch 2B Sanchez from lineup

San Francisco second baseman Freddy Sanchez has been scratched from the Giants' lineup with flulike symptoms for Friday's game against the New York Mets.

Juan Uribe, who was originally at third base against the Mets, was moved to second while Pablo Sandoval is at third. Sandoval was scheduled for a day off before Sanchez was removed from the lineup.
