The San Francisco Giants have activated first baseman Brandon Belt from the 7-day concussion list and have him batting sixth against the New York Mets.

To make room for Belt on Saturday night, the Giants optioned Jarrett Parker to Triple-A Fresno right before game time. Parker was called up from Double-A before Friday's game.

Belt says he's been completely symptom free for four days. He was struck by a ball in the face while fielding during batting practice on July 20.
