Frazier: 'Right now the votes are a little tough'

Cincinnati Reds third baseman is third in the National League All-Star voting for third basemen and he's certainly hoping to move up a few slots.
"We've still got some time, but maybe not just Cincinnati, but the world can see I am deserving," Frazier told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "You've got to be confident in yourself. Right now the votes are a little tough, but I do believe I deserve to be there. It'd be a great opportunity, not just for me, not only to play in the All-Star Game again, but to be in Cincinnati. Even in the Home Run Derby, I think that would be cool, and I think the fans would enjoy that."
Frazier is having a great season so far and even if he doesn't earn enough votes to get a starting spot, it's very likely that he'll wind up on the All-Star team.
"We all know how fun it is to watch a guy who really is doing something in particularly well for a stretch of time, and watching Todd hit right now is a lot of fun for me," Reds manager Bryan Price said.
