Evan Gattis heating up for Astros

Slugger Evan Gattis had a tough first few weeks for the Houston Astros this season, starting out 0-20 with his new club and generally struggling to be the run producer the club had hoped he'd be.
However, things appear to be shifting for the powerful hitter.
Over his last 30 games, Gattis has driven in 29 runs and is hitting .264 - a significant improvement on his overall average of .205/.240/.441.
In Wednesday's loss to the Baltimore Orioles, Gattis went 3-4 and fell a triple shy of hitting for the cycle. Manager A.J. Hinch told MLB.com's Brian McTaggart that he's noticed Gattis' improvement and likes what he sees: "His numbers are going to come back to where they're supposed to be. He's a good hitter and he conducts really good at-bats and it's nice to have him warming up."
