LOS ANGELES (AP) The Dodgers have added four front-office hires as new president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman continues to make over the staff.

The new additions announced Tuesday are: David Finley, vice president of amateur and international scouting; Galen Carr, director of player personnel; Jeff Pickler, special assistant of pro scouting and player development; and Jack Cressend, pitching crosschecker.

Finley spent 13 years with the Boston Red Sox, including the last three as director of player personnel. Carr worked the last 15 years as a Red Sox scout.

Pickler had been working as a pro scout for San Diego, briefly leaving in 2011 to work for the Angels. Cressend joins the Dodgers from Tampa Bay, where had been amateur scout and pitching consultant since 2012.

Friedman was hired from Tampa Bay a month ago, and has been busy making several front-office hires, including Farhan Zaidi as the Dodgers' new general manager.
