Diamondbacks RF Tomas leaves with bruised elbow

PHOENIX (AP) Right fielder Yasmany Tomas has left Arizona's game against San Diego with a bruised left elbow.

Tomas was hit by a pitch from James Shields in the first inning Friday night. The Cuban slugger stayed in the game for three innings before being replaced by Danny Dorn to start the fourth.

X-rays were negative.
