Cuban: I would be interested in Dodgers

Fresh off his first NBA title, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban may have his sights set on Major League Baseball again.

Cuban, who previously entertained the idea of owning the Cubs and Rangers, told TMZ during an interview on Tuesday that he would be interested in the buying the Los Angeles Dodgers if the opportunity were to present itself.

"If it looks good, I am always open to any good business deal," said Cuban, who most baseball insiders believe has very little chance of ever being approved by MLB as an owner. "If the deal is right and (the Dodgers) are fixable, then yeah, I am very interested."

The Dodgers, who Cuban said are "such a mess" that they would be difficult to turn around from a business standpoint, are in the middle of a bitter divorce between owner Frank McCourt and wife Jamie, and their financial operations were taken over by MLB in April.
