Could Angels be a fit for Phillies' Revere?

Speedy outfielder Ben Revere has the kind of skill set that makes him an attractive trade commodity for a number of teams - and as FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal reported earlier today, he's already garnering interest. One of those interested clubs just may be the Los Angeles Angels:

The 27-year-old Revere is one of a few Phillies that could be traded before the July 31st deadline, and with good reason: he has a knack for flashy defensive plays, is particularly fast runner and is slashing .268/.314/.356 with the Phillies this season.
In 2014, he hit .306/.325/.361 with a league-leading 184 hits, so he's a viable asset to the top of anyone's lineup. (Here's a new video featuring Rosenthal discussing trade talks regarding the Phillies and other clubs).
If the Angels were to swing a deal for Revere, he'd provide them with a pretty formidable outfield, joining Mike Trout and Kole Calhoun. However, Revere is primarily a center fielder, and the Angels already have that position locked down with Trout. Whether that affects the team's actual interest in Revere remains to be seen.
Of course, rumors in May don't always pan out, but the Angels should be in the market for outfield depth for defensive and offensive purposes.
