Boob of the Day: Way to go, dude!

Some people treat home run balls as priceless mementos that are worth fighting for.

But seriously, dude in below video, this is Little League! It's not a Miguel Cabrera or Albert Pujols' home run. You have to be embarrassed, right?

This fan, attending a game at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa., and wearing an actual game jersey for one of the — reminder, Little League — teams, put in a little bit too much hustle when a homer was lofted to center in the sixth inning of a 10-2 game. He barged through the crowd, overran several rows of plastic chairs and fought off all comers to scoop up a ball that fell right over the outfield bushes.

When he popped up with his souvenir, there was some blood on his nose, which the camera cut back to several times after the all-out effort.

However, the clip has a decent ending.

While the sight of a grown man throwing himself around at a Little League World Series game is somewhat disturbing, consider that he gave the ball to a youngster (similarly adorned in team garb).

So maybe, we're just a little harsh in proclaiming this fan as our "Boob of the Day." But hey, baseballs can't cost more than $20, can they?
