The Toronto Blue Jays have promoted right-hander Kyle Drabek and outfielder Adam Loewen from Triple-A Las Vegas.

The Blue Jays also called up right-handers Chad Beck and Danny Farquhar, left-hander Brad Mills and first baseman David Cooper from Las Vegas.

The 23-year-old Drabek was acquired from Philadelphia in the Roy Halladay deal in December 2009. He was 5-4 with a 7.44 ERA for the 51s but general manager Alex Anthopoulos says his stuff was better than his numbers indicated.

The 27-year-old Loewen batted .306 with 17 homers and 85 RBIs at Las Vegas, and Cooper won the Pacific Coast League batting title with a .364 average.
