It's barely the middle of May, but Adrian Beltre has already had his share of fun plays out there on the field. He's slipped on home plate and taken a tumble, hit a home run from his knees, and been mobbed by his teammates in the dugout after picking up his 399th career home run.

For his latest trick, Beltre unleashed one of his plate-protecting two-strike swings to reach an outside pitch from Kansas City Royals starter Jeremy Guthrie. After lunging to foul off the pitch, Beltre's bat flipped up in the air - and he caught it.

Hey, he IS a multiple Gold Glove winner, so this kind of hand-eye coordination can't be that much of a surprise.

Who knows what else he has in store for the rest of the season!
