Coach Jeff Fisher is hoping to have some reinforcements in the lineup when the St. Louis Rams return to practice Wednesday.

Starting defensive end Robert Quinn, who has five sacks on the season, should be ready to ready to practice Wednesday after missing four games due to back and hip ailments.

“Rob Quinn had a really good session well before pregame warmups (Sunday), so we’re encouraged there," Fisher said. “He had a good workout today. We’re going to see if we can’t get him back on the practice field here on Wednesday."

Right tackle Rob Havenstein also is expected to return to the lineup. Havenstein has missed three of the past four games due to a calf injury, although he was active for Sunday's matchup at Cincinnati.

St. Louis remains in a wait-and-see mode on quarterback Case Keenum, who was sidelined last weekend after suffering a concussion late in a Week 11 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Fisher switched up his practice routine for this week. The Rams had been taking Thursday off but Fisher opted to skip practice Tuesday because "we needed a day of rest."
