Worst postseason loss? Don't forget Puckett in 1991

As wrenching as Sunday's Braves loss was, Reid Johnson said he had seen worse. "When Kirby Puckett [of the Minnesota Twins] hit that home run in 1991," Johnson said, speaking of Game 6 of the World Series. "I'd have to say that outranked this one. I was 11 years old then."

Johnson, who lives in Smyrna and attends Georgia State, was on hand for the disappointing Game 3 of the National League Division Series. Undaunted, he was back at Turner Field on Monday for Game 4, wearing a white Braves cap, carrying a foam tomahawk.

Could the Braves still take the series? "Absolutely," Johnson said. "I believe, 100 percent."

Even if they don't, Johnson described the season as "a great ride, especially after the [five-year] absence of postseason play."
