Soler holds himself to the highest of standards

Jorge Soler is having a solid year for the Cubs, but the young outfielder knows he can do more.
“So far, I don’t feel good about what I’m doing,” Soler told CSN Chicago through interpreter/coach Franklin Font. “I expect more from me.”
Soler entered Saturday's contest, “leading all National League rookies with 43 hits, putting up a .725 OPS and staying healthy enough to play in every game this season.”
While those are great numbers, the fact that Soler expects more from himself can only be a good sign.
The fact that Soler holds himself to such a high standard not only shows the type of competitor he is, but gives the Cubs a glimpse of just how good he believes he can be.
If those numbers are disappointing, just imagine what type of numbers Soler will be putting up when he's pleased with his performance.
