Published Mar. 20, 2012 3:59 a.m. ET

The game between a Colorado Rockies split squad and Seattle Mariners on Sunday was postponed by rain after a delay of 34 minutes in the top of the fourth inning.

Seattle was leading 3-2 but the Rockies had runners on first and third with none out against Mariners starter Hector Noesi when a downpour of rain and hail began.

Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning to tie it at 2.

Eric Young Jr. doubled and scored on a sacrifice fly in the first inning and a pair of Noesi wild pitches allowed Jordan Pacheco to score after a walk.
