Randy Johnson immersed in photography, rock music this summer

Since retiring from baseball, former Arizona Diamondback pitcher Randy Johnson has been doing a lot of photography. In fact, Johnson, who majored in photojournalism at USC and has his own website showcasing his work, is shooting several concerts this summer by Rush -- a rock band which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
Despite his fame and his height, the Big Unit has learned to be relatively obscure at the concerts, according to MLB.com:
"I've learned how to be a 6-foot-10 ninja," Johnson said a couple hours before Rush began its nearly three-hour set.
It turns out Johnson and the lead vocalist of the band, Geddy Lee, have dovetailing interests. While Lee is a baseball fan with an extensive collection of baseball memorabilia, Johnson is equally inclined with regards to rock music.
MLB.com quotes the Rush vocalist on Johnson:
"I was completely blown away by the level of his knowledge of rock music," Lee said. "He has an incredible sound system, a really amazing turntable sound system. He showed me his record collection. I've never seen anything like it.”
