GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) Yasiel Puig did not participate in the Dodgers' first full team workout Thursday because he is recovering from surgery to have his wisdom teeth removed.
Los Angeles manager Dave Roberts said he expected Puig to be ready for Friday's practice.
Puig, who underwent surgery on Tuesday, is still in camp. He attended a meeting Thursday morning before the club took the field at Camelback Ranch. The outfielder is beginning his fourth season with the Dodgers.
