Phillies minor-leaguer suspended 25 games

Phillies minor league pitcher Carlos Best has been suspended 25 games for violating baseball's minor-league drug policy.

The 21-year-old right-hander pitches in the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League. His suspension is effective immediately.
