Padres LF Justin Upton exits with back tightness

SAN DIEGO (AP) Padres left fielder Justin Upton exited in the fifth inning Sunday against Colorado because of back tightness.

San Diego said Upton was removed as a precautionary measure with inclement weather in the area.
