Major League Baseball will commemorate the 11th anniversary of Sept. 11 terrorist attacks with on-field tributes at all games Tuesday.

Players, coaches and umpires will wear an American flag patches embroidered on the sides of their caps, and special lineup cards and base jewels will be used. Toronto will wear customized caps to support both the United States and Canada.

A ''We Shall Not Forget'' MLB silhouetted batter ribbon will be displayed throughout ballparks, the commissioner's office said Friday.
