MLB playoffs 2016: What channel is FOX?

The MLB Playoffs are starting this week and FOX again has a big hand in the playoff games and coverage through the World Series.

With Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2 being involved with their earlier series it might be a little difficult finding the channels especially if you don’t have the correct package.

FOX doesn’t offer online streaming of their games but Sling TV is available in some areas. That includes FS1 and is 20 dollars a month and no contract is necessary. Right now they have an offer where they have a trial for seven days before you have to purchase. FOX has rights to both National Divisional Series that will air on FS1. The National Championship Series will air on FOX/FS1 depending on the scheduling but all World Series games will air on FOX.

Both Joe Buck and John Smoltz will be back in the booth along with field reporter Ken Rosenthal. I’m sure Matt Vasgersian will get a few games along with Kenny Albert with color analysts Harold Reynolds and Eric Karros getting put into the rotation.

It’s more than likely Buck and Smoltz get the World Series nod as Buck has been looked at the lead play by play man for FOX.

FS1 has a different channel depending on the location of your service. Click here to find the right channel for your area and make sure to bookmark it. This works for any cable service you have.

The FOX channels are going to be your home for all the way through the beginning of November and you can check the listing of all the games to keep tabs on your favorite team or matchups.
