Fan makes great catch on another Stanton moon shot

This is starting to get ridiculous.
Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton did it again Saturday, hitting another home run that almost defies description — and tape measures. And this time, even a fan got involved in the spectacle.
Stanton BLASTED a solo shot in the bottom of the third to deep center — reported as just under 480 feet — and a fan hauled in the souvenir, making a spectacular one-handed catch.
Here's a closeup of the fan's great play.

Stanton's homer was caught by 29-year-old Ryan Mont of West Palm Beach, attending his first Marlins game of the year.
''At first it was exciting, because I was like, `I actually caught it,''' Mont said. ''I was so excited I didn't think it hurt until after I handed the ball off and started sitting down for a while. And then I was like, `Man, it really hurts.' I wish I had a glove.''
Stanton was rounding the bases and didn't see Mont's catch.
''I heard about it,'' he said with a smile. ''One-handed, right?''
This is the second straight game Stanton pushed the limits of Marlins Park in center field.
Stanton hit two blasts on Friday night, including a 474-footer that landed in the center-field camera well, giving the camera man a rare souvenir.
But these homers aren't even the most impressive from Stanton this week. That honor has to go to the one he hit Tuesday, that left Dodger Stadium.
“It brought back a lot of memories,” Dodgers hitting coach Mark McGwire, one of the three other players to hit one out of the 53-year-old stadium, told the Miami Herald on Tuesday. “I’m in awe of watching him hit. It’s fun to watch.”
