Chicago Cubs manager Dale Sveum has been ejected from his team's game against the Washington Nationals.
Sveum was tossed by plate umpire Larry Vanover in the fifth inning Wednesday night for arguing balls and strikes. Chris Volstad's first pitch to Washington slugger Michael Morse was called a ball, and Sveum began protesting from the dugout. He was ejected before he stepped on the field.
