Cubs draft Happ with ninth pick

The Cubs held the ninth overall pick in the 2015 MLB Draft and used it to select Cincinnati outfielder Ian Happ.

The 20-year old hit .369 with 14 home runs this season and will strengthen an already elite Cubs farm system.
