Children's hospital patients salute Sox

Craig Breslow earned the ALDS-clinching win for the Red Sox, recording five outs and four strikeouts in the effort, and the congratulations keep on pouring in for the reliever.
Breslow, who was named one of 30 finalists for the Roberto Clemente Award, which recognizes a Major League Baseball player who best represents the game of baseball through positive contributions on and off the field, including sportsmanship and community involvement, reminded us exactly why he was nominated for the honor on Tuesday.
Among many other charitable efforts, the left-hander visited patients at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center in June, and he left a lasting impression on the kids.
A few of the children made a video for their favorite pitcher, congratulating him and the entire team on their big win. Check it out in the video below.
Thank you friends @TuftsMedicalCtr. Such a moving & inspirational message. Just when my champagne tears had dried up http://t.co/bh3ruH2QDx
