Braves ballboy makes insane catch on foul ball

August baseball is the worst.

It's hot out, the postseason is still a spot on the horizon. The dudes in the bullpen are catching Pokemon and burning ants with a magnifying glass (probably).

But while everyone else is pumping the brakes and coasting, there remains a lone vigilant hero in the league who's never known a day off: Atlanta Braves Ballboy.

The Braves ballboy made more than enough case to enter Atlanta's rotation with his play on an Adonis Garcia foul ball in the bottom of the eighth of Wednesday night's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

He got up for this ball—and probably saved an onlooker from catching some laces in their grill.

And our man knew he did good here.

Keep sleeping, MLB. Ballboy is here to steal your foul ball and your girl.

Dan is on Twitter. He remains aggressively woke.
