Redskins OT Morgan Moses squats 580 pounds like it's nothing

Morgan Moses' rookie season with the Washington Redskins didn't go exactly as planned. A slow start in training camp limited Moses to only a role as the team's reserve swing tackle behind starters Trent Williams and Tyler Polumbus.

With Polumbus out of the picture, Moses is training hard to prove that he is the team's best option to start at right tackle. As he continues to grind through his offseason workout regimen, I think it's safe to say that he has gotten a lot stronger.

Moses will face a much more difficult competition in this year's training camp. Instead of Polumbus, he will do battle with the No. 5 overall draft pick, Brandon Scherff. Although he has a leg up with an extra season in Jay Gruden's offensive scheme, both tackles are on even ground in new offensive line coach Bill Callahan's blocking scheme.
