Minnesota played its first football game after the retirement of head coach Jerry Kill on Saturday night against Michigan, but Kill was anything but forgotten.

Not only was there a "JerrySota" flag spotted on the field before the game, but the band also did its part.

In a teary-eyed news conference, Kill announced this week his retirement because of ongoing health problems.
