BOTTOM LINE: San Antonio looks to stop its three-game slide when the Spurs play Houston.

The Spurs are 2-6 against Southwest Division teams. San Antonio is eighth in the Western Conference with 34.5 defensive rebounds per game led by Dejounte Murray averaging 7.1.

The Rockets are 7-22 in conference matchups. Houston is 5-28 in games decided by 10 or more points.

The teams play for the third time this season. The Spurs won the last meeting 134-104 on Jan. 26. Murray scored 19 points points to help lead the Spurs to the victory.
