Chargers WR Crayton injures left wrist

Published Nov. 22, 2010 10:33 p.m. ET

Chargers receiver Patrick Crayton injured his left wrist at the end of a 40-yard touchdown catch and headed into the locker room with two minutes left in the first half against Denver.

Crayton's nice catch-and-run play gave the Chargers a 21-7 lead Monday night. He caught a short pass from Philip Rivers, broke a tackle by Brian Dawkins and raced toward the end zone. He was being tackled as he ran into the end zone and he fell awkwardly.
