BEREA, Ohio (AP) Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins was released from a Pittsburgh hospital after sustaining a concussion on Sunday against the Steelers.

Hawkins spent the night under observation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. It's the second concussion in three weeks for Hawkins.

He left the field early in the fourth quarter after taking a hit from Steelers linebacker Jarvis Jones. Hawkins had seven catches for 69 yards in Cleveland's 30-9 loss, the Browns' fifth straight overall and 12th in a row in Pittsburgh.

The 5-foot-7, 180-pound Hawkins also suffered a concussion Oct. 25 in St. Louis and missed Cleveland's next two games. Hawkins led the Browns with 63 catches and 824 yards last season.
