Watch Russell Westbrook go coast-to-coast for a dunk in three seconds

Kevin Durant's impressive return from a one-game absence (sprained right big toe) was the headline in Oklahoma City Thunder's 112-94 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. He posted 26 points (9-of-18 shooting) and 17 rebounds, showing just how far he's come against one of the teams that's frustrated him the most in recent seasons.

But Russell Westbrook doesn't stand in the shadow of anyone, and perhaps no play exemplified that more so than a steal and fast-break dunk Westbrook got after lurking in the Grizzlies' passing lanes on one of the game's first possessions (via the Oklahoma City Thunder):

That's just vicious. Westbrook gets from the opposite free-throw line to the rim in less than three seconds and with just three dribbles.

Watch how Matt Barnes thinks about contesting the play -- or, knowing him, probably fouling Westbrook -- before realizing Westbrook is out of reach and it'd be a futile attempt.

Westbrook finished 20 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists.

The Grizzlies never had a shot in this one without Mike Conley, and Westbrook & Co. made sure to put them away early with freakishly athletic plays like this.
