Published Mar. 1, 2010 12:00 a.m. ET

The Indiana Pacers have suspended forward Solomon Jones for one game because of conduct detrimental to the team.

The Pacers provided no additional details Monday explaining why Jones was suspended. Spokeswoman Krissy Myers said the Pacers would have no comment beyond a two-sentence news release issued by the team.

Jones will miss Tuesday night's game in Los Angeles against the Lakers.

The 6-foot-10 forward signed with Indiana as a free agent during the offseason. He has played in 40 games, starting two, and is averaging 4.1 points and 2.8 rebounds this season.
