Rizzo surprises young Cubs fan in hospital

Anthony Rizzo is off to a hot start on the field, but it's his actions off the field that recently garnered attention.

The 25-year old first baseman recently paid a visit to a young Oncology patient at Lurie's Children's Hospital in Chicago.

The young girl says, "I love the Cubs" and can't stop smiling during Rizzo's visit.
