Published Dec. 4, 2012 6:59 p.m. ET

The Texas Rangers will play an exhibition game against one of the top teams in the Mexican League for the second straight year.

The Rangers and Mexico City Red Devils are set to play March 28 in Arlington. The Rangers beat the Red Devils 13-4 in a tuneup for the 2012 season. It was the first time Texas played a Mexican League team in Arlington.

Mexico City finished fourth in the North Division last season and lost in the first round of the playoffs to Monterrey. The Red Devils have 15 Mexican League championships, more than any team.

The Rangers wrap up the exhibition season with games against San Diego on March 29 and 30 at the Alamodome in San Antonio. The Padres' Double-A affiliate is in San Antonio.
