Rangers SS Andrus leaves with hip tightness

Shortstop Elvis Andrus has left the Texas Rangers' game against the San Diego Padres with tightness in his right hip flexor muscle.

Andrus had a run-scoring groundout in the first on Tuesday and played in the field both of the first two innings, recording an assist and a putout.

Andrus is 9 for 32 this spring with two RBIs and a stolen base.
