Jose Bautista on a torrid 11-game hit streak

There's locked-in and then there's locked-in.

It's pretty safe to say that Jose Bautista falls into the latter category.

The Toronto Blue Jays slugger is currently on an 11-game hit streak, hitting .405 (17/42) with four home runs, five doubles and 11 RBI over that span.

"He's feeling better, he's more in his comfort zone. But it was just a matter of time. That wasn't going to last," manager John Gibbons told MLB.com of his now-healthy outfielder.

The Blue Jays' record isn't great (28-30), but if Bautista can keep hitting, their record might start to reflect their run differential, which is currently the best in the American League at +45.
